SACRAMENTO, CA, July 3, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Thomasina Campbell, Team Manager for Apple, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of team management.

Ms. Campbell has 10 years of experience in her current position at Apple. An expert in people management, she is responsible for monitoring agents' phone usage, checking AUX codes, reviewing customer surveys, overseeing webpage maintenance, and coaching and motivating new agents.

After surviving a serious accident in 1994, Ms. Campbell had to relearn how to perform the most basic activities, which instilled in her a deeper appreciation for the importance of self-determination. This virtue she applies in her personal as well as professional life; the proud mother of an outgoing 8-year-old girl, she teaches her daughter to always remain positive and that she holds her life in her own hands. Ms. Campbell attributes her success to the upbringing and support of her grandparents, who taught her to never give up and to always be there for others.

Enrolled at the University of Phoenix, Ms. Campbell is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management. She aspires to become an area manager at Apple within the next five years.
