Custer V. Crawford handles occupational safety and health regulations for AltairStrickland

La Porte, TX, March 13, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Custer V. Crawford, Area Operations Manager for AltairStrickland, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in safety management.

Specialized in organization and safety management, Custer Crawford lends over two decades of professional experience to AltairStrickland, a mechanical contracting firm. As the area operations manager, he is responsible for supervising personnel, budgeting, scheduling projects, overseeing safety and implementing policies at jobsites. He also conducts daily assessments of contracting sites and ensures compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.

Having attained a number of professional achievements over the course of his career, Mr. Crawford is especially proud to report that over the course of three years his team worked over 3 million work hours without any lost time due to injury. Honored with the Industry Safety Award by the Houston Business Roundtable, he attributes his success to faith in God, awareness of his personal strengths and uncanny ability to get people to work together harmoniously.
