Pam K. White Honored for Excellence in Financial & Administrative Management
Pam K. White Named Cambridge Publishing's Professional of the Year for Her Work in the Field of Airport Finance

Albuquerque, NM, March 09 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pam K. White, Associate Director of the Finance and Administration Aviation Department for the City of Albuquerque, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in financial and administrative management.

A financial and administrative professional, Pam K. White lends 21 years of expertise to the Aviation Department of the City of Albuquerque. She now celebrates her fifth year as Associate Director for the department which oversees all financial and administrative services at the Albuquerque International Sunport and the General Aviation reliever airport - Double Eagle II. Ms White is responsible for a myriad of tasks including: airport revenue bonds, passenger facility program, establishing rates and charges, capital improvement program, liquidity balances, budgeting, performance-based measures, business policy development, implementation, and administrative support. Ms. White also oversees audits, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, business development, contract administration, parking operations, sustainability efforts, and department purchasing.

Distinguished by her ambitious nature, Ms. White is currently pursuing accreditation from the American Association of Airport Executives. She told Cambridge Publishing in an exclusive interview that she initially became involved in her profession through her lifelong interest in economics and finance, and considers her appointment to Associate Director of Finance as the crowning achievement of her career to date. This year, Ms. White was also named Cambridge Publishing's "Professional of the Year in Financial & Administrative Management - Airport Finance," honored for her excellence and longevity in the field.

Ms. White holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Administration from the University of Phoenix. She serves as a Chapter Director and a Regional Treasurer for the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. In addition, she holds a General Class Amateur Radio License and maintains active memberships with the American Association of Airport Executives and Women in Aviation International.
