Gwendolyn Bulger Garner celebrates over 20 years in the field of law


MONTGOMERY, AL, March 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gwendolyn Bulger Garner, an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alabama and Assistant Counsel for the Alabama Department of Revenue, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in the legal community.

With 21 years of professional experience with the Alabama Department of Revenue, Ms. Garner serves as the legal advisor to the Commissioner of Revenue and to other Department of Revenue administrative officers in the construction, interpretation and implementation of the Revenue Laws of Alabama. In this capacity she handles cases of the highest complexity at both the trial and appellate levels. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and admitted to practice in the United States Court for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Ms. Garner obtained her B.A. from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA; an MPA from American University in Washington, DC and her JD from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in Washington, DC. She attributes her success to her faith in God and hard work.
