Giovanni A. Di Paola attributes his success to his determination and self-promotion

New Britain, CT, September 2, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Giovanni A. Di Paola, Special Investigator for the Connecticut Department of Public Health, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in law enforcement.

With 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Di Paola serves as a special investigator of the Connecticut Department of Public Health. In his position, he investigates assigned complaints and alleged violations of state laws and regulations pertaining to the agency, conducts investigations according to patients abuse, interviews witnesses, complainants and others to obtain information, and secures evidence in the form of statements, documents and records.

In 2006, Mr. Di Paola received a teaching degree from Connecticut State Central University, teaching part time as an adjunct professior at Southern Connecticut State University. Mr. Di Paola received his Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University in 2008. He pursued his profession because of his interest in law enforcement and his medical background. A certified notary public, he is an adjunct professor for Southern Connecticut State University. He is a member of the Disaster Medical Assistance Team of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the American Civil Liberties Union, the American Heart Associaiton, the New England Public Health Association and the National Council of State Boards of Nursing Inc. He serves on the Board of Directors of a local healthcare clinic and volunteers as a member of the Trauma Support Team at local hospitals, for the State Emergency Disasters Team and for local theater groups. In addition, he serves as a trainer/instructor for The American Red Cross and American Heart Association. In the future, he aspires to attain a managerial position.
