The Cambridge Who's Who selection committee chooses these special honorees based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements and leadership abilities.

For his achieved professional success to date, Mr. Waesche credits his dedication and commitment to each of his endeavors. Today, he continues to work as a substitute teacher at Providence High School, a private school in Jacksonville, Florida. He also lends his time to delivering bread and other baked goods to senior citizen developments in his area.
In addition to his professional and philanthropic pursuits, Mr. Waesche is a proud husband, father and grandfather. During an exclusive interview with Cambridge Who's Who, he noted that he and his wife (she is the granddaughter of the American impressionist artist Edmund Greacen) have been married for 50 years. He has two daughters, one son, and a total of 10 grandchildren— Brandon, Adam, Hannah, Naomi, Eden, Esther, Solomon, Kelsey, William III, and Lily.
Mr. Waesche holds a master's equivalent degree from Morgan State University, and a bachelor of science in education from the University of Maryland, conferred in 1959.
