Brenda Lee Stradinger Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Food Safety
Ms. Stradinger's Regulatory and Quality Assurance experience has allowed her to excel in her profession

MISSISSAUGA, ON, CANADA, November 11, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brenda Lee Stradinger, Manager of Food Safety Internal Audit Systems for Maple Leaf Foods, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in food safety and quality assurance.

With 17 years of quality assurance experience, Ms. Stradinger serves as manager of food safety internal audit systems for Maple Leaf Foods. In her position, she conducts food safety and quality audits, develops training systems for interpretation of internal and global food safety standards, manages internal and third-party audit scheduling and oversees audit corrective action reviews and approvals. She excels in project management, quality auditing and compliance consulting.

Prior to joining Maple Leaf Foods, Ms. Stradinger worked in pharmaceuticals and implemented quality managment systems. Her experience includes all aspects of quality assurance, compliance and regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical, natural health products and food industries. Ms. Stradinger's interest in her profession stemmed from working in various areas of quality assurance and international registration with natural health products in pharmaceuticals. She believes she is successful because of her hands on experience in successful design, development and implementation of quality management programs for manufacturing facilities.

Ms. Stradinger holds a Bachelor of Arts in project management and a diploma in accounting and business administration. She is a BRC Lead Auditor. Ms. Stradinger looks forward to progressing in her current capacity and moving into training and consulting.
