Cambridge Who's Who Names Deborah L. Eldridge Professional of the Year in Nursing
Ms. Eldridge supports the U.S. Navy through humanitarian and combat support missions aboard naval ships and on the ground with the Army and the Marine Corps

NORTH BETHESDA, MD, November 10, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Deborah L. Eldridge, Registered Nurse for the National Naval Medical Center, has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Nursing. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

Inspired by several of her aunts, who were nurses, Ms. Eldridge has gained three years as a registered nurse for the National Naval Medical Center. In this role, she supports the U.S. Navy through humanitarian and combat support missions aboard Navel ships and on the ground with the Army and the Marine Corps.

Holding a bachelor's degree in nursing from University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Ms. Eldridge earned a second degree, a bachelor's degree in health education, from The Texas Woman's University, Belton, TX. In the coming years, she hopes to pursue a master's degree and possibly continue with the U.S. Navy.
