As the owner and president of My Toy Smart, Ms. Holl specializes in selling toys, games, and other activities that are appropriate for children from all backgrounds and at all levels of development. She was inspired to enter her profession because her father designed and manufactured toys. When she was herself a child, she enjoyed watching him spend long hours in his basement workroom, and admired his craftsmanship. Thus, she acquired an exceptional appreciation of toys and their potential to enhance children's physical, intellectual, and creative development. Today, she focuses on providing consumers with a broad range of toys that excite children and stimulate their creativity.
Ms. Holl's toy business benefits from the insights she has attained through her many years of service as a professional flight attendant. During international flights, she has had many opportunities to converse with caregivers and children alike, and has become well-versed not only in children's developmental stages, but also in consumers' expectations. As a result, she has been able to develop a company that addresses all of these needs and consumer-driven desires. Ms. Holl studied nursing at Nassau Community College and became a certified international flight attendant through the Federal Aviation Administration.
