Mr. Rudd has 20 years of contract management experience in the resources, mining, and oil & gas industries, representing owners, EPCM contractors, and contractors. He possesses exceptional expertise in identifying and implementing strategies for sourcing of contractors as well as establishing contracts and long term relationships. John is currently responsible for the management of contracts for the Alpha Coal Project, which is a well-known thermal coal deposit within the Galilee Basin in Queensland.

During his collegiate career, John earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commercial Law from Curtin University. He is a member of the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management. In the time away from his busy schedule, Mr. Rudd greatly enjoys golfing.
