Lydia has over 24 years of experience as an industrial psychologist and leader, working as a permanent employee for major corporate companies in South Africa. Staring The Talent Hub in July of 2008, she is focused on the design and implementation of Assessment Centers, psychometric assessments, the design and presentation of training programs, coaching, mentoring, management of learnerships/internships, performance management, succession development and the design and implementation of Talent Management systems and processes. Lydia is also an experienced meeting facilitator.
During her collegiate career, Lydia earned a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from Northwestern University and a Doctor of Literature and Philosophy degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa. She is a member of the Coaching and Mentoring Association of South Africa. Lydia also serves as a member of the advisory board of the South African Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
