After working in the human resources and marketing field, Ms. Oulton decided to venture into a new area of interest. She currently works as the Vice President of Corporate Compliance for Heritage Education Funds Inc., a position she has held for 11 years. Her daily responsibilities include developing compliance policy and auditing services for quality assurance standards, as well as the enhancement of client relationship services.

Ms. Oulton completed post-secondary general studies at Seneca College. She attributes the success of her 31-year career to her strong communication skills and unique ability to adapt to change. In the future, Ms. Oulton plans to continue to progressively develop policy and compliance procedures.
