Ms. Hadker has cultivated her expertise in health care consulting, market research, forecasting, quantitative analysis and health economics throughout her 15 years of professional experience. Given that the health care industry is currently under a lot of pressure, she is interested in optimizing the use of health care resources across the system - for manufacturers, providers and patients.

This commitment led her to the role of managing director of commercial strategy and reimbursement practice for United BioSource Corporation, a premier health care consulting and evidence generation organization. Her position primarily entails leading, managing and growing the commercial strategy and reimbursement practice. Ms. Hadker and her team help clients develop strategies to optimally commercialize their products, determine the true size of the market opportunity, and create the evidence needed to capture that opportunity. Her specialty is in anticipating likely commercialization challenges her clients will face, and then identifying the clinical evidence and economic arguments they will need to gain market access.

Ms. Hadker has served in this capacity for the past three years. She attributes her success to her passion for her clients, believing that a more optimal solution can exist, and building the evidence her clients will need to drive market success for their products, as well as their individual careers. She genuinely enjoys being able to support her clients from the early phases of their product's clinical development to launch and post-launch, as well as supporting their product in-market against competitors and changing practice patterns.

In 1994, Ms. Hadker graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut, where she studied economics and math. She went on to earn a master's degree in economics from Boston University. Her professional affiliations include the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) and the Pharmaceutical Market Research Group (PMRG). Looking toward the future, Ms. Hadker aspires to truly help some breakthrough technologies that she is currently working on come to market.
