FRANKLIN, TN, November 21, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nikki Gahr Sells, Vice President of Franchise Development for Tasti D-Lite LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business development.

Ms. Sells entered into her industry because she wanted to help others realize the "American Dream" of being a business owner. Her 28 years of franchising expertise as a franchise owner, franchise developer/business coach, and franchise development professional has served her well in her current role of helping individuals who would like to start their own franchised business. She is currently doing just that with Tasti D-Lite LLC. As the vice president of franchise development, she manages a franchise team, interviews and qualifies potential candidates to join the Tasti family as franchise owners.

Attributing her success to choosing great people in her life, Ms. Sells is a firm believer that great people choose great people and therefore create great business opportunities together. In 1976, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Music from the University of Arkansas. She is a member of the the Board of Governors of the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives, and the International Franchise Association, from which in 2005, she was honored with the Bonny LeVine Award.
