Mr. Adams' focus and determination throughout the past 15 years has enabled companies to maximize their workforce effectiveness by implementing technology tools and establishing industry best practices. Currently, Mr. Adams serves as an organizational director at CherryRoad Technologies Inc., a position he has held for four years. He utilizes his expertise in project management, deep knowledge of human resources and information technology strategy assessment skills to effective deliver high impact solutions for his clients. He is also responsible for operational function leadership of recruiting and staffing, compensation, employee training /development and organizational development. In his role, he is responsible for a staff of approximately 200 consultants across the country.

A graduate of Purdue University, Mr. Adams holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems. He furthered his education by attaining an MBA in human resources from DePaul University. He applies and develops new tools to fulfill his leadership duties through his involvement with the Project Management Institute, Inc. In the years to come, Mr. Adams hopes to advance in his global experiences and knowledge in order to obtain a vice presidential position.
