Mr. Bailey has 25 years of experience in the delivery of pre-hospital emergency care and training. He was responsible for developing and conducting the first paramedic university program in Victoria, Australia. During his collegiate career, Peter earned a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Paramedics from Victoria University. He is a member of Paramedics Australasia.
