As CEO of Dwarfstar Productions LLC, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Teri has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Dwarfstar Productions LLC is an entertainment production company that specializes in contemporary productions of High Definition Digital movies, videos, music, and video games from concept to global distribution through the Internet. The company is in the business of telling stories and making magic through the production of movies, videos, music, and video games with amazing visual and audio effects.

Teri is an accomplished leader and trainer with almost 30 years of professional experience. She is a specialist in process improvement, quality assurance, and customer relationship management. Teri also gained valuable knowledge and experience while serving with the United States Navy.

In addition to her role with Dwarfstar Productions, Teri also serves as a TAP Facilitator with Inverness Technologies/GBX Consultants, facilitating the Transition Assistance Program at Great Lakes Naval Base, serving over 600 participants annually. She also facilitates for the University of Phoenix in the College of Business. Teri runs Tregoning Consulting as well, assisting clients with customer relationship building, process improvement, continuous improvement initiative, and product sourcing.

During her collegiate career, Teri earned a Master of Education degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning and a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development, National Association for Primary Education, and the National Association of Professional Women.
