Ms. Kuehn celebrates three decades of successful legal experience

With more than 30 years of experience in law, including 20 years as an attorney, Ms. Kuehn practices family law and mediation in her own law firm, the Law & Mediation Offices of Barbara J. Kuehn, where she spends her time meeting with clients and working with parties to reach settlement agreements. She also drafts paperwork for divorce, appears in court and conducts case-related research. Ms. Kuehn attributes her professional success to treating her clients with care and compassion; she believes that having respect for others reaps great rewards.

In addition to successfully maintaining her practice, Ms. Kuehn is an independent business owner with ACN, Inc., a direct seller of telecommunications and home services. Her work with this company entails selling telecommunication and energy services to individuals and small businesses. She also handles marketing and trains other representatives.

A certified mediator, Ms. Kuehn earned a JD from San Francisco Law School in 1985 and was admitted to the bar in 1991. She is a lifetime member of California Women Lawyers and a former officer of that Women's Bar Association. Ms. Kuehn is also on the Board of the PIASC Scholarship Foundation.
