Emilia Clein Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Operations Management
Ms. Clein's education and passion for technology set her apart from her peers

OTTAWA, ON, CANADA, December 1, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Emilia Clein, Senior Manager of BA Solutions on Demand at IBM, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in operations management.

With seven years of experience as a senior manager at IBM, Ms. Clein promotes on-demand technology and solutions to hardware and software needs. She also manages a global solutions team, working with clients to develop new business programs and client relations skills. Upon graduating from college, she decided to pursue a career in technology, software and project management. Her education, supplemented by her self-motivation and excellent mentors, has enabled her to thrive within these industries for more than two decades.

Ms. Clein received a master's degree in cybernetics from the University of Bucharest in 1981. She has earned certifications in project management and Sogetsu floral arrangement, and was the recipient of a Special Contribution Award for Development and Solutions on Demand from Cognos, which is now part of IBM. In addition, Ms. Clein holds memberships to Women in Technology, the Professional Association of IBM and Sogetsu Foundation Japan. In five years, she hopes to have the opportunity to further promote technology and to have even more connections to technology and business. She is active in endeavors to get middle-school-age girls interested and involved in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
