Jo-Ann Cote plans to invest in several joint ventures to provide more housing across Canada

For the past 15 years, Ms. Cote has been providing property management services for several large companies in Canada. She began working in British Columbia and then, nine years ago, she moved to Saskatchewan and continued her services. Today, Ms. Cote works as a real estate investor for Jade Management Inc. Her position entails taking care of properties for banks who have properties in foreclosure. She brings in subcontractors to do repairs, performs security checks and finds excellent deals.

Ms. Cote has a lifelong passion for learning. She attended the University of Saskatchewan and took speech and language pathology courses. She has also completed studies in real estate investing and currently owns two properties.
