As Institute Multicultural Education Coordinator at the Western Sydney Institute of TAFE, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Marinella has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

The Western Sydney Institute of TAFE is a Registered Training Organisation which provides progressive and innovative vocational education and training to more than 94,000 students every year in around 1,000 Australian Qualifications Training Framework courses. They aim to provide the expertise, resources and support for advancing the education, careers and lives of people in Western Sydney and beyond. The Institute offers flexible training with delivery in the workplace, at their seven colleges, at various community locations and at home through e-learning.

Marinella is responsible for looking after non-English speaking students within the school as well as interacting with the community. She is fluent in Italian, French, Dutch, and Spanish. During her collegiate career, Marinella earned a Bachelor of Education degree, Bachelor of Teaching degree at the University of Technology, Sydney. She is a member of SydWest Multicultural Services Inc., Mount Druitt Ethnic Community Association, and the Blacktown Youth Services Association.
