Mario Provencher Honored for Excellence in Team Management

MONTREAL, QC, CANADA, December 30, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mario Provencher, Vice President of Operations for Force Financière Excel, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in team management.

Because of his dynamism, determination and focus on results, Mr. Provencher has enjoyed a fruitful career for the past 25 years. His previous management roles, building up or restructuring various customer service operations, prepared him for the executive leadership position within the financial industry that he currently holds as the vice president of operations for Force Financière Excel. An expert in team building and management, Mr. Provencher does an outstanding job of setting up regional home offices for large insurance and financial organizations and offering back-office services for financial advisers.

Mr. Provencher is proud to have contributed in developing management teams and individuals' abilities and potential. His goals are reached when those people become well tooled to set and reach their goals, along with their teams, in an autonomous way.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial relations, with a minor in law, accounting and computer science, from the Universite de Montreal. He is a fellow of the Life Management Institute and contributes to various industry committees. He also followed a formal training program in coaching and is member of the International Coaching Federation.

Looking forward, he intends to contribute to building a solid back-office operation and helping the company to pursue its quick growth in the Canadian market.
