As an associate director of the Genzyme (a Sanofi Company), Ms. Belmore has been with the company for 26 years. She is responsible for overseeing the documentation group, archiving group and stability group. These groups support non clinical and clinical manufacturing in Phase I and II. She is also responsible for providing technical support and top-quality customer service to Genzyme's clients. She attributes her success to her overall experience with the company and her longevity. She became involved in her profession because she was always interested in the health care industry. She wanted to make a difference in people's health and provide them with a better quality of life.
