KAWKAWLIN, MI, December 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Paul J. Nowak, Director of Sales and Marketing for LCP Technology GmbH, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in brand development.

With 11 years of experience as the director of sales and marketing for LCP Technology GmbH, Mr. Nowak manages marketing operations for specialty chemicals. He services the automotive, coating, plastics, ink, cosmetics, personnel care, and packaging industries, and he specializing in the formulation, design, and application of advanced colorant systems. He is responsible for managing a global distribution network including 125 salespeople across Canada, North America and Latin America, and providing technical service to them. He became involved in his profession when, while working for BASF Automotive, the opportunity to work for a pigment manufacturer presented itself, which would allow Mr. Nowak to utilize his background in coating and special effects materials.

Mr. Nowak received a master's degree in chemistry from Eastern Michigan University in 1986, having previously received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Michigan in 1982. He is a member of the Detroit Color Council, the Society of Plastics Engineers, and the Color Marketing Group. In years to come, Mr. Nowak intends to get involved with another start-up company to launch new technology into the industry.
