Peggy Drogemuller will be featured in the second edition of Pro-Files Magazine

GLENDALE, CA, December 1, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Peggy A. Drogemuller, Registered Nurse at Verdugo Hills Hospital (retired), has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in nursing.

After 43 years in the health care field, Ms. Drogemuller still finds it satisfying to have been able to spend those years helping comfort and heal patients as a registered nurse in the hospital setting, and lastly at Verdugo Hills Hospital. Her proficient knowledge of medical-surgical nursing will sorely be missed.

Indebted to her nursing instructors at Pacific Union College, Ms. Drogemuller graduated with an Associate of Science in Nursing. Later on, she received certification in IV therapy, and chemotherapy, and learned to use new skills and equipment as they became available. Her ability to adapt to the ever-changing field enabled her to receive two Outstanding Nurse of the Year awards. She was also named Professional of the Year in Nursing in 2009 by Cambridge Who's Who and selected for inclusion in the 2010 Cambridge Calendar Series, as well as Cambridge Publishing's "Top 101 Industry Experts" book.

Ms. Drogemuller attributes her success to the inspiration and support of her mother, and her late father. She is very proud of her two wonderful children; Lawrence, an Army Green Beret, just returned from his 9th deployment in the Iraqi War scene, rejoining his wife and two little girls; and Andrea, who will graduate from CSUN this coming May with her Masters in Physical Therapy. Ms. Drogemuller derives great inspiration and joy from her children as well as her peers in the medical field.
