Geoff Buckley is being awarded membership into Stanford Who's Who on account of his outstanding display of entrepreneurship and superlative efforts in the farming trade.

MOUNT TAMBORINE, AUSTRALIA, December 7, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ --Geoff Buckley is being awarded membership into Stanford Who's Who on account of his outstanding display of entrepreneurship and superlative efforts behind finding, establishing and growing his company Growing Healthy.

Growing Healthy is an online as well as face to face training and education provider on growing fruit and vegetables organically. Previously a general manager for MTE, Geoff Buckley has expanded his professional career across various industries including management, human resources, education, publishing and most prominent to his cognizance today, horticulture.

Geoff and his wife Bev, originally from Sydney, moved to Mt. Tamborine in 1995, to pursue farming without any background in the field. That soon changed on a tremendous scale. Geoff and Bev now hold a diploma in Horticulture and are continuous students of the evolving biological farming industry as well as people who hold a wide knowledge base revolving around organic farming practices.

After starting a farmers market entitled Green Shed in 2001, Geoff obdurately and most spectacularly grew the endeavor by putting his training background to use and offering to educate people on how to grow their own food organically. Him and his wife independently and organically grow and sell over 60 different crops. They are the recipients of the Small Business Champion Award for fresh food in Queensland for 2007, and one of four finalists in the Australian Vegetable Grower of the Year Awards for 2008.

In addition, Geoff is now an accomplished author of a book called "Growing Healthy," a staple textbook in providing instructions on organic farming for fruits and vegetables. His many achievements and accomplishments are commemorated.
