With an impressive 39 years of professional experience, Mr. Johnson serves as vice president of distribution for McQuay International, a heating, ventilation and air conditioning service provider. His areas of expertise include sales management and implementing distribution strategy, which encompasses developing the channel, gathering marketing intelligence and leveraging product technology. Mr. Johnson is responsible for managing and overseeing four new factory offices nationally.

Mr. Johnson possesses extensive experience in the HVAC industry, application engineering, product management and sales management. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas, he holds an MBA in business and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Mr. Johnson became involved in his profession when he was a third year engineering student looking for an internship opportunity; he was offered an opportunity at McQuay International.
