Ailene S. Relatado Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Finance
Ailene Relatado celebrates nine years in her field

MANILA, PHILIPPINES, January 12, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ailene S. Relatado, Order To Cash and Purchase to Pay Process Head in Henkel's Asia Pacific Service Center supporting North America Region, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in finance.

For the past four years, Ms. Santos-Relatado has served in her present position with the Henkel AG & Co., a leading manufacturer of beauty and personal care products, as well as adhesives, and laundry and home care products. In her position, she is responsible for managing daily operations for service-level agreements, and reviewing monthly reports and meetings. Additionally, she serves as a liaison to the United States and supports North America in Shared Services, which is located in Manila, Philippines.

Prior to her employment in HAPSC, she used to work for Shell Shared Services Center. She is the Credit and Collection Manager supporting Shell Oil Product US and Motiva Enterprise. SSSC is the shared services site of Royal Dutch Shell, which is one of the largest petroleum companies in the world. She is responsible for the National Accounts, Retailers, Jiffy Lubes and Shell Affiliates.

A certified international credit professional, and member of FCIB and NACM, Ms. Santos-Relatado received an MBA in financial management from National University in Manila, Philippines. She also holds a bachelor's degree in administration from The College of St. Scholastica. Moreover, she was recognized as a full scholar by The College of St. Scholastica from 1990 to 1994. Ms. Santos-Relatado credits much of her success to her diligence and the support of her family. When she is not working, she donates her free time to feeding impoverished children in Manila.
