Elize Crampton's extensive knowledge of banking regulations enables her to thrive as a vice president of JPMorgan Chase

With 13 years of experience as the vice president of JPMorgan Chase & Co., Ms. Crampton specializes in Basel II and III regulations. She is primarily responsible for handling all local regulatory reporting, implementing system plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for the Johannesburg office of JPMorgan, and serving as an exchange control officer. She became involved in her profession because she has been in banking for 31 years. In addition, she had other family members involved in banking, and she decided to follow in their footsteps.

Ms. Crampton received a licentiate diploma in banking through The Institute of Bankers in South Africa. She is a member of the diversity committee in the Johannesburg office. She is also a member of various committees of The Banking Association South Africa. In years to come, Ms. Crampton hopes to continue working hard and preventing financial crises.
