Rebecca L. Cabrera-Molina Drives Ford Motor Company to Success

For 15 years, Ms. Cabrera-Molina has been garnering valuable experience in her field, leading to her hire as marketing manager of international business development for Ford Motor Company. She has been in her position for the last five years, focusing on the multinational automaker's business development and marketing. Her role entails developing strategies and tactical executions for Ford in Puerto Rico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

For recognition of excellence in her field, Ms. Cabrera-Molina has won the Caribbean Business 40 Under 40 Award, The Digital Promotional Award and the Top Management Award given by the prestigious marketing and sales executive organization SME. She was also recently named a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction is bestowed upon individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional goals. In 2000, Ms. Cabrera-Molina received a Master of Business Administration in marketing management from Metropolitan University, located in Puerto Rico.
